We are reprinting the Pitman's Motorcyclists' Library series, very practical books on servicing and maintenance, now long out of print and commanding high prices even for old oil-stained copies, and we are compiling highly practical service and workshop manuals on motorcycles for which, so far as we know, full factory manuals were never issued. book, written by Ferrers Leigh, was originally published by Sir Isaac
Pitman & Sons in 1955 as The Book of the Velocette, and ran to three
editions. This is a reprint of the third edition, 1963, reset and remastered
by us to A4 size. It majors on the then new LE models, but also gives
full service and mainatenance details for the Valiant, K Series, MOV,
MAC and MSS up to 1962.
